COLDWELL BANKER KIGAR, was established in 1961 by Rollin G. and Doris Kigar. Rollin H. Kigar took over the business in 1978. Under Rod's direction the company has grown to meet the needs of the local community. In July of 2004, Kyle R. Kigar has taken over the business. This makes Coldwell Banker Kigar the most experience and only 3rd generation Real Estate company in the Gladwin area.
